Jennifer Gallagher has worked in the aerospace industry for the Performance Review Institute for over five years.   Currently, she serves as the Program Developer and lead for the Performance Review Institute’s professional development department; eQuaLearn.  Throughout her tenure with PRI, Jennifer has worked closely with leaders in the aerospace industry including Goodrich Corporation, Honeywell Aerospace, The Boeing Company and many others.  Jennifer has attended and spoken at conferences throughout the Americas regarding aerospace supplier quality, especially related to supplier development in special processes and products and the Nadcap program.   Among her other responsibilities, Jennifer works with the Nadcap Supplier Support Committee, a body which represents the views of the aerospace supplier to the industry.

eQuaLearn is also a dynamic and interactive website that supports the existing eQuaLearn courses. Topics include Internal Auditing, Problem Solving Root Cause Corrective Action and Introduction to Pyrometry. Classes are held throughout the world with multi-lingual instructors to better serve customer needs. Administration is handled by the PRI sector offices in the Americas, Europe and Asia, allowing the instructors’ time to focus on the students. This also facilitates 24-hour customer service availability.
